Things to consider when choosing LED strips
LED strips are excellent as general lighting at construction sites, stairwells, etc., but the quality varies greatly between manufacturers.
If you plan to use LED strips outdoors, they should have an IP rating of x5 or higher. (It is the second digit in the IP rating that indicates water resistance.) All Mareld LED strips are rated IP65.
Flickering light contributes to fatigue, headaches, and other negative health effects. Mareld offers a flicker-free driver that can be connected to Sunlit LED strips. If you choose the driver with a dimmer, you can also use the same unit to dim your strips and thereby save energy.
